- Find-A-Grave: "The Kellers were likely Reformed or "Evangelisch". Jacob was born in Switzerland & left in the spring of 1736 with his wife & three children. Arriving in Philadelphia in Sep 1736, they may have gone to Germantown for a while before settling in Ephrata. Jacob became a householder for the Ephrata Cloister and is listed in their record books many times."
Hans Jacob Keller (1706-1794) and his wife, Elizabeth Imhoff (1707-1787) were married members of the congregation who lived outside the Cloister, but are buried in the Cloister's cemetery, "God's Acre."
