- Albert taught school and was a 4-H leader. He and Linda farmed the Shulz homesteda in the Town of Sherman which has been in the family for over 100 years (as of 1996). He was employed at Kiekhaefer's Mercury Marine in Cedarburg for 13 years. He continued to farm with his son, James and assisted with the Schulz sawmill business until he retired in 1987 at age 83 when his grandson, Denni, joined the partnership.
