      September 12, 1976 - October 8, 2016

Tony E. LePage, 40, of Oconomowoc, died October 8, 2016 as a result of injuries sustained in an ATV accident in Lincoln County. He was there, at the Spirit Falls Lodge, his family hunting cabin and favorite place in the world, celebrating the life of a dear cousin when he was taken from us. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 10 years, Sarah, and three beautiful children: Sam, 8; Sophie 5; and Gabriel, 3.

He was born September 12, 1976 in Green Bay, the son of Lawrence and Mary (Meyer) LePage. He attended Ashwaubenon schools and graduated from Ashwaubenon High School in 1995, where he was a co-captain of the soccer team and a friend to all. He attended UW-LaCrosse and earned his associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. He persued his bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science at Marquette University and was nearly completed with his studies through the University of Cincinnati.

Tony met his wife in February 2005 and they both knew it was meant to be on their first date. They were engaged on Christmas Eve 2005 and married September 30, 2006 in Oconomowoc. They welcomed their son Sam in October 2007, their daughter Sophie in September 2011 and their son Gabe in January 2013. He made their home ring with laughter and love and showered his family with affection every single day of their lives together.

He worked for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare at a number of different hospitals in the Milwaukee area for many years, filling in any shift that was needed and often working double and triple shifts. In June 2015 he landed his dream job at Beckman Coulter, where he served as a Field Service engineer, maintaining and fixing the machines used in hospital laboratories. His conscientiousness, kindness and willingness to do for others was admired and appreciated by all his coworkers and customers.

Everyone who knew Tony knew of his love for the outdoors, Star Wars, and Monty Python. He could (and did) quote movies like nobody's business and he made his wife laugh every day with his quick wit, ready smile, and sparkling eyes. He was a friend to all and so very loved. He brought us nothing but joy.

Tony is survived by his wife and children, parents, and a brother, Andrew LePage of West Allis. He is further survived by father-in-law Martin Smiltneek of Oconomowoc, brother-in-law Matt (Debbee) Smiltneek and nephew Max Smiltneek of Salt Lake City, Utah, countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond and Rosemary Meyer and Ralph and Marcella LePage, and by his mother-in-law, Cheryl Smiltneek.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home in Oconomowoc. Calling hours will be Friday, October 14 from 4-6:30pm followed by a funeral mass at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Oconomowoc.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to the Tony LePage Family Fund for his young children.
